Frequently Asked Questions

What's a baby bank?

A baby bank is a lot like a food bank. We support families in crisis by providing them with the essentials children 0 to 5 years old need. This can be anything from food to clothing.

Where can I find you?

Our office is in a private location and due to insurance and safety reasons we ask people to contact us before visiting. If you need to come to our office, please get in touch first.

Can you help me if I live just outside of Birmingham?

Unfortunately, no. We can only help within Birmingham City Council postcodes due to funding, insurance and capacity. You may be able to get help through one of the organisations listed here.

Where do I get a support worker?

A support worker could include: your midwife, social worker, family support worker, health visitor, Member of Parliament, Councillor, or agency staff from charities and other organisations. If you don't have a support worker, try contacting your Member of Parliament or local councillor first.

How can I help?

We're grateful for any support from our community. The best place to start is our Give Help page, which shows all the ways you can aid us.
